07 GX470 Ball Mount?

I know the OEM ball mount is the PT228-89445 for my 07 GX470, but a friend at a Lexus dealership gave me the PT228-00380 (which I think is for the 05 LX470) to use. Is there any problem with using this ball mount if it fits in my hitch?

Looks like they are both 2", you should be good.
