Default driver seat splitting

My gx-470 drivers s eat is coming apart after only 36,000 miles and I take care of this vehicle/ Anyone else have this problem?
Right at the stitching it is starting to split.
My local Lexus dealer -THE CROOKS AT CHERRY HILL LEXUS-told me that even though I am still under my bumper to bumper warranty they won't cover it, and they didn't even want to look at it.
The fine people at Ray Catena Lexus, (where I bought the vehicle) told me to bring it in and they would fix it and cover it under the warranty.

My advice DON'T BUY OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLES AT CHERRY HILL LEXUS
THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN.
THEY'LL SELL YOU A VEHICLE, BUT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN RIGHT AFTER YOU DRIVE IT OUT.
THEY ONCE HAD ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES DRIVE MY OTHER LEXUS 22 MILES FOR A SERVICE ROUTINE OIL CHANGE AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM LIED AND TOLD ME THEY NEEDED TO ROAD TEST IT (FOR 22 MILES)
YOUR WARNED! NO CHERRY HILL LEXUS, UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING RIPPED OFF.

If you are going to Cherry Hill Lexus, I assume you live in South Jersey.

If you don't want to drive all the way up to Catena, give Lexus of Atlantic City a shot. I've been very happy with their service dept., as have several others on this forum.

I've never heard a single good thing about Cherry Hill Lexus.
