which the best lexus dealer for service in vancouver bc?

just had bad experience with regency lexus, pretty crap service. so i wonder other lexus dealer.

they fix the driver seat under warranty and broke the plastic cover under the seat track, and they didnt put it back, i just found out after a month , i complaint about it and they order the parts, wait for a week, they call to put the plastic cover, but when they want to install it, they got the wrong parts and right now i have to wait another week just only to put the plastic cover. WTF!

So far I've only had work done at Openroad Lexus at Richmond and they've been great. Might try Northshore next time, but the lounge at Openroad was pretty nice if it's a short service.
