Default Rear window not rolling down

Went to use the master switch to roll down the rear driver side window, and it did not function. The rear door's switch operates the window up and down, but no auto up/down function.

Anyone ever have this problem? Any suggestions before we take it in? Is there a fuse or something simple we are missing?

To normalise the Window operation from the Master s/w, follow this operation.
1. Push down the power window switches of each door and lower the windows completely down and pull up the switches.( When you have the windows pulled down, ensure you stay for a second or two and pull up).
2. Follow this on all doors.

Now operate the Master s/w, and check if all are activated.
This happens when the battery is replaced or re-charged.

Never knew they needed to be "normalized". At first, I could not seem to do this, I was doing it from the front seat. Went to the back seat and I got it done. Tried the window, and it worked. I cycled the window about 15 times, then it seems to stop as if it is jammed. I say as if it was jammed, because it stops going up and goes back down a small bit. Seems like something is holding it up... Any other suggestions? Could it just need a lube somewhere?

Thanks again

Thanks for the suggestion, did not remedy the problem, thank goodness for that extended warranty! Guess I have to make an appointment with our friendly local Lexus dealer. They have a monopoly in our area, they are the only one for hundreds of miles.

Best of luck...Yeah maybe..something is getting jammed....just curious is it for both rear doors or one single door having this problem.

Just a single door, the rear drivers side door.
