Has anyone installed aftermarket tail lights (non Lexus)? Is so, how do they look. I was thinking about these, but am worried they might look cheap.

 

If i was you I wouldn't do it looks really cheap I would buy original 08-09 Lexus GX sport package tailight

What do the sport package lights look like? Just cleared out turn signals?

Yes, just cleared top, where the turn signal is. I think its the best OEM upgrade you can do.
