New dvds-nav sys

I have a 2006 and was considering updating the nav dvd.Pros?Cons?

pros = updated maps (you may or may not notice depending on how many changes affect you)

cons = cost

Not to hijack this thread,is there a big difference from going from a 2004 dvd to a current dvd? Whats the cost and where should I go for one?

will it knock out the "override" feature i currently enjoy?

you can buy new ones from the dealerships i believe.

get the updated DVD disc here

The updates rarely add new features -- usually just updated map data and increased # of points of interest.

it will not add bluetooth, increase the resolution of your Nav screen, etc.
