Hey everyone, well I was trying to figure this out by myself by playing around with all the functions from the menu but can't seem to get it. I have a 2003 by the way, i want the arrow (the vehicle) to be pointed upward at all time. Another word, when I drive around, I want the map to move and not the arrow that represents the vehicle. Do I make sense? Currently, when I make a turn or whatever the arrow moves and it just makes things complicated when it comes to turns and what not. I know the second screen on the right comes on telling me to turn left, turn right, but I just wanted the setting to be set to where the arrow (that represents the vehicle) to be set in one spot and the map rotates or moves when I make the turns.

Do I make sense or do I just sound crazy? LOL.

Thats call the north up mode or vehicle up mode. Just hit the arrow with the circle around it on the left side of your screen and it will switch between these 2 modes.

 

Yep, like GMan says just tap the little arrow icon at the top left corner of your screen and it will toggle back and forth between north always up mode and the direction you're going always up mode. When you have it in dual map mode you can even have the map on the left side of the screen in one mode and the map on the right side in another
