I take it this is a reputable dealer. There are so many errors in this offer and rebate form, it looks like it was put together by a 10 year old. It looks like the 2006 form that somebody tried to update.
At the end of the day with the rebate it is $220. Is this typical for the upgrade disk or does the price come down as the year goes on.

No, that's pretty typical, doesn't get much better unless you just stay a year behind and buy one from another member or eBay when they upgrade.
I personally think the price is pretty steep. I pay it, because I need it, but it sure makes the portable versions like the Garmin Nuvi attractive.

Edit: Nevermind, I tried it, the CL coupon cancels out the NAV07 coupon, the NAV07 coupon is better.
