Coastaletech unit - anyone else had these issues?
It worked great for about 2 months, now over the last month it has started acting up, first, it won't let me choose DVD a lot of the time, sometimes it will, sometimes you hit Disc and it goes to CD, hit it again and nothing, doesn't switch to DVD. Second - Navigation override sometimes works, sometimes it gets partially through the key sequences and stops and you have to hit back on the screen and push the red dot to try again, sometimes takes 3 or 4 tries to get it to work.
Otherwise seems to work ok, it occassionally misses the I Agree button if you backup before it has a chance to hit it, but only like once every 2 months.
Anyone seen issues like this? I put an email in to coastaletech, hopefully I can get it resolved - I can't live without the thing when it is working properly!

It isn't - they promised to send a replacement out on December 18th and have been impossible to get a response from since, no response to email or phone calls for almost 2 months. Filed a complaint with the BBB and going to see if my credit card company will go after them.
It's really disappointing to see them treat people like this - I really like the product and no one makes anything comparable, so I just want it replaced so it works again. They are totally scitzo - in the summer they where super responsive, in late november they ignored the first couple emails, but they where responsive, now it is like they fell off the planet (except they keep updating their website!)
