Nortel - I understand you are disappointed in not knowing the fix (as are we all), but please refrain from name-calling at Club Lexus.
My guess is he found the answer to his problem and moved on, as he has not been posting elsewhere. I will PM him in case he comes back to visit.

Fix
I suspect that chendanny ejected the DVD from the Nav Unit, then re-inserted the DVD.
An educated guess.....
