Personally I wouldn't have left the dealership without speaking to the serice manager but I guess it's too late for that.
If you are interested in having the dealer repair or at least make up for the scratches in some other compensation I would recommend:
How do they park the cars in service parking lot? Perhaps the scratches were obtained another way if they park by curbs. Let them know you park in your driveway (if you indeed do) and there is no way you could have done that. I don't know exactly where the scratches are, just trying to help you build a arguement.
Do they have a automated car wash? These sometimes scratch rims.
Is your car fairly new? If not, is it in prestine condition? If they see you don't take care of your car, it will seem as though you are trying to pull a fast one. But if you are meticulous with your car then it's easier to plead your case.
Does salt truly scratch your rims like that? I don't know since I grew up in sunny California. If it's common knowledge on east coast during this winter time then why didn't they brush it off before wetting it to make sandpaper your car?

I'm sure this isn't the answer you want, but if you want to turn something bad into something good, I would do the chrome exchange on them - they don't care what your old rims look like as long as aren't bent or gouged and for $399 you have nice pretty chrome rims!

You might be able to get them buffed out and get the chip airbrushed and buffed, but it will cost a few bucks, or if they are scratched to the point where you can feel the depth if you run your fingernail across, you probably would need to get them refinished - by the time you have them sandblasted and powder coated to match factory, you could probably due the chrome ones - usually I can get a rim powder coated for about $100 bucks.

Okay, then the next step I recommend is going to his boss. The General Manager, who oversees the entire dealership, cares about sales AND service. Especially since you bought 4 cars from them and always service there. He will not want you to go away over $40. Tell him everything you told us, emphasize on your return business.
Good luck and let us know what happens.

he went from so many other issues it didn't make sense at all. He told me he met with the GM and they are saying it 's not from the wash job.. I told him I still hold them respondsible for the damage .. and he better take care of it...
I will.. if I have too call my insurance company and let them get the cost from the Dealership ..
they sure are not a LEXUS customer service dealership ..
I call Lexus CS and did a complaint .. they will call the Dealership ..
I'm just totally sick about this .. and they won't take responsiblity for the damage ..
thanks for listening..

Hmmm..in my experience I know it's better for customer to talk to the GM face to face, in person. I've gone to my old GM to ask for something and he said no, but a customer asks and he says yes. Go figure.
Is there any other way those scratches could've gotten there? Are you absolutely sure they weren't on the car before you went in to the dealership? I'm not saying you did it, just trying to be logical about this.

Just to play devil's advocate...these guys wash hundreds, if not thousands of cars, if it is their brush or equipment, I doubt the dealer would not have fixed it before now. These rims are cast alloys, it is VERY hard to scratch them manually. Curbs are the most likely culprit but you want them to believe they curbed 2 rims on one side then turn the car 180 to curb the other side? I am not too sure I wouldn't be incredulous either.

Obviously, something to do with the rotation. Either a tool, or letting them drop on their face, or rolling them up against a cinderblock wall, etc.
