I think I will call the 800 number on Monday also. I got a Lexus survey in the mail today. I am going to let them have it over the several problems I have had as of late. Although, I think my biggest problem is the dealer and svc tech.
Whatever happened with this. I am quite certain I park on a level surface yet the LEFT side is HIGHER than the right for me. Measured and noticed .6 inches higher on the left side....
So I went outside and drove around. Finally I found a concrete loading dock. I drove the vehicle on that. Remeasured and noticed .5 inches on the RIGHT side.
It is quite likely that the air pump/bladders don't always raise up consistently on both sides depending upon the load positioned in the vehicle, wheel elevations, and perhaps outdoor temperature. Because I could simulate height variances on both sides of the vehicle, I now believe it's just me.
Moral of the story is: I no longer believe I have an issue that's worth bothering about.
