Likely time for a new set of O2 sensors. But could also be the catalyst itself.

Default Catalytic Converters aka Exhaust Manifolds

I had a PO420 Code and decided it was time to change out the Catalytic converters. The owners manual/service manual says to change them every ten years. This vehicle is over twice that in age. I knew that this was going to be a massive pita job to do. The bolts have gone through numerous heat cycles and can easily break. I gave in and bought a heat inducer gun/tool. The hot rod tool off of amazon saved my A$$! No joke. These bolts/nuts are not only hard to get to but a pain to remove. I took my time and did a couple a day and just finished removing them today. It was worth doing this myself the parts alone were $1100 and the tool was $180. But that is nothing compared to what a shop would charge.

It does not look like you used impact tools? Would that have been easier or were you afraid to break the bolts even after spraying penetrating oil and heating them?
