Evaporative sys incomplete! Pic Inside...
hey guys am using Torque Pro on my phone to scan my car's computer to clear a P0420 code but Evaporative sys is saying incomplete.... do i need to do something to get it to complete or maybe replace something? Any input will be appreciated

That that just means the monitor checks the ecm does for the evap system has not completed yet. It does a series of tests under various conditions to make sure everything is working properly, and since you cleared the codes the ecm has to perform all the various monitor checks again. It should change to complete in a day or so depending on how much you use the car (or fail which will cause the check engine light to come on and a code to be stored).

Filled up the tank 3 times in the last month! i always get premium gas from chevron. my driving is 60% city and 40% highway. on cold days i also let the car idle for about 3-5 minutes depending on the day

was getting P0430 codes couple times a week so i thought i might have an exhaust leak.. replaced the 2 gaskets between the cat and the O2s and now am getting P0420 and P0430. took my car to a local MIDAS to check for exhaust leak but they couldn't find any, they used their scan tool and said i need to replace all 4 O2s. they quoted me $1100 labor included. i feel like thats too much but hey what do i know
