Default ABS. Buzz with slow speed stop no lights tripped

Recently I get a hum or buzz noise when making a slow speed stop. Slight pulse in petel but no lights triggered. Lexus mechanic checked it out and said to wait or lights to trigger which will then indicate codes. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggested fixes? Thank you

Maybe a wheel speed sensor? They are fairly easy to check, do a search on here so that you can rule that out.

my car has been doing that since i got it over a year ago, still no lights on. i used a computer scanner to monitor all the abs wheel speed sensors and they are all reading the same speed at the same time, so i have no idea whats going on. this is a symptom of a bad wheel speed sensor but i dont know how to determine what ones bad...

I just started hearing a little buzz noise too when I brake, but I have no pedal pulsing. A friend of mine said to make sure the rim back sits flush when I torque the rim down. My buzzing went away. I dont know if it will work for you cuz of the pulsing pedal. It doesn't hurt to try. It doesn't cost anything and will only take 5 minutes to do. Good luck

it's the brake booster.

Easy fix. My mechanic stated it is the wheel speed sensor. There are magnets at the ends which pick up metal shavings which hinder the sensor from read. Clean of the shavings and your good. My car use to do this constantly. Now no more noise.
