I'm looking to get some 18x9.5 +30 front and 18x10.5 rear. I have searched high and low and I can't get a straight answer as to wether or not these will fit my 2GS.
If anybody knows, what type of fender work will need to be done?
I kind of have some tire sizes in mind.
I was thinking 225 40 18 front and 255 40 18 rear. Any thoughts?
So nobody huh?
I was going to run these in the Varrstoen 1.1.1.
Im planning on getting 20x8.5 upfront and 20x10.5 in the rear and im currently dropped on tanabe DF210 Srpings.....what size tires should i get so it wont rub my fenders? Also should i take out my fender liners
SIZE and SPECIFICATION: The wheels are size 20x8.5 ET20 (Front) and 20x10 ET25 (Rear), Black finish with Chrome lip , 5x114.3 bolt pattern. all my suspention is stock will these fit even though the offset is wrong?????????????
I'm looking at the Enkei NT03+M wheels in the 18x9.5 size front and rear (square set up). The wheels come in both +27 and +40 offsets, and I'd like both front and rear to have the same wheels and tires.
My car is at stock ride height right now and at most will be lowered 1"-1.5".
I'm looking to do minimal fender work.
My tire of preference is 245/40/18 front and rear.
1) What will be required to fit the 18x9.5 +27 with 245/40/18 tire front/rear?
2) Will the 18x9.5 +40 with 245/40/18 tire fit the front/rear without hitting the control arms?
3) Would you recommend the +27 or +40 from an ease of fitment perspective?

Thank you.
1) camber + pulled fenders
2) will fit fine
3) not so much
Thoughts of running a squared setup 19x10 all around 3" lip?
Thinking about buying a set but wouldn't it look weird having the same size lip all around?

yes, same lip all around would look weird. You'd typically want your deeper lip in the rear as most 'sportier' staggered setups use a lower offset in the front to clear BBK's.

Just curious if stock height will work? I will worry about lowering later.....
stock height I don't see that being a problem. However, why run an 18 up front and a 19 out back? Won't screw anything up but it looks weird and throws off your suspension geometry depending what you do with ride height front to rear.
Tirewise I don't see any issues, the 10" rim is a bit wide but with a 30mm offset that pushes it out 15-20mm further than the stock rim, should be enough to clear. Just be wary of those bridgestone RE050 if you're trying to get a stretch on the sidewall at all, they're notoriously stiff tires.
