i know it’s aggressive just wondering if it’s remotely possible with a pull. Trying to get a flush fitment.
Are you trying to get flush while at ride height or airdout? That fitment will never be flush when airdout. You can get it flush with a hard pull but you won’t be able to air out all the way. The rear quarter would have to be trimmed higher to get that flush properly.
Hello. I may have access to getting a set of 19x10.5 +18 (all around) wheels locally. Looking to see if this setup will work on my GS? I currently have stock wheels and suspension. The wheels in question are on another 2nd Gen currently, however, it is on coil overs and aftermarket rear control and toe arms. Unfortunately, I do not know tire specs, but I do know there is mild stretch. I am sure the rear will work fine, but I am not seeing much in way of 10.5's up front in my searches. Take care.
All - I'm on my 3rd - 2nd Gen GS and I'm debating a new wheel and tire combo to me. I like the idea of the staggered fit to place the HP at the rear wheels to the ground, and in the past I have run 235/35/19 +35 fronts and 275/30/19 +35/40 rears. Keeping with the original factory spec for the spedo. After bending so many wheels I'm on the verge of pulling the trigger on a 235/40 front with a +35 offset and a rear 265/35 +40 offset setup. Has anyone else ran this package and if so were they happy with the extra meat?
I understand this combo will change the way the odometer tracks my mileage, but lets face it...the car is almost 20 years old and has 146k with the original factory bent up wheels. Just looking for some feedback...BTW I'm on TEIN Street Basis with adjust-ability for height.
I'm trying to see if the wheels listed below will work with my setup? What tires, will fit with brakes? Offsets might be too high I'm thinking.

I've searched around basically everywhere for someone who has SVE series 3 wheels on their GS and it almost seems like nobody runs them. I plan on being one of the few to do it so I just wanted to find out what tire size would I be able to get away with running on my GS in the rear and front. My wheel specs are 18x9 fronts 18x10 rear. Would 285/45 rub in the rear? I do also plan on running some spacers so I can get that agressive stance in the rear.

You might get some rub. What are the offset? I had 18x10 +15 running 245/45/18 and I still had to roll my fenders.
I ran that 245/40 in the front & 265/35 in the rear for yrs with no problem. I tried running a 40 series tire in the rear & every couple of months I was replacing them. Sidewall bubbles & steel belt breaks. That's when I learned about vehicle load capacity. I'm running 19's now.

265/35 what what diameter, width, and offset?
And I’m not following your comment about 40 series tires and load capacity. There should be no issue running 40 series tires unless your tire was kissing your fender.
