Default OEM HID Cutoff

So some people say that the refloctors don't show as sharp of a cutoff then retrofit.. most likely true, but does anyone have any pictures of an HID reflector at night to show its output and cutoff? Thanks. Obviously there are tons of pictures of retrofit, but what about beam pattern of OEMS....

And on a side note, if you also happen to have a picture of the beam pattern of the ebay light with the halos, I heard it isn't good, but even the other tread about the ebay lights, no one seems to post the pics.

I had a question about the OEM HID cut-offs as well. It's in the lighting forums.
However, after thinking about this I would assume that the OEM HID's reflector will not produce a cut-off at all. If you look inside of HID projectors, you will see a cutoff shield. I doubt that the OEM HIDs will have something like this.

Also, ebay halos? Don't even think about it.

OEM has a cutoff, and it looks like just the OEM halogen light. Difference is, the OEM HID bowl is able to redirect light of the D2R bulbs to resemble that of the OEM halogens.

I found my answer to my ebay lights. I would only do it for really the "retrofit kit" but other than that, I'm not personally a fan of the angle eyes myself.

Now if anyone has any pictures to their OEM lights against a garage or the street, it would be appreciated!!! Thanks

the only real benefit you'll see is very much reduced glare, i.e. you wont have people flashing you all the time like I do with my 9006 pnp kit.

OEM HID

OEM HID lighting with 6000k... well, it's supposed to be 6000k but seems a bit more like 8000...

BTW, those Ebay projectors have better cutoff if you put in HIDs in the correct position...
Ebay + HID
