Can anyone help? I have a condensation issue on my driver side headlight upon quick temperature change; pulling the car into a warm garage when it is cold outside, or car washes either automatic or by hand. A new light is $3400 and $500 install from the dealer. My car is a 2016 with only 23,000 miles always garaged. Please help!
This is unacceptable for such a new car with low mileage. I would call Lexus corporate and complain. If they can cover my panels and dash on my 08 ISF they should cover this no problem.
The car was manufactured in Canada when purchased by the original owner. I purchased the car in the states. The question is do I call Lexus Canada or Lexus US?
I called Lexus warranty dept. today. They said they could not help. They referred me to the Lexus experience team. They took my information and issue and created a case file. The claims handler called me back today with a resounding NO! I told her was a loyal Lexus customer, also owning a GX 460. Still No! Ugh…..
