Hi all,new to lexus car,new to here.

just have my frist lexus v8 gsf f10 which is really impres me.

but one thing really drive me crazy which is the paint come with the f10 model.

i been told from local dealer ppf is not advise to do which may cause the damge to the paint.

i wonder is that real?

i ask some of the local shop they say not a problem to do ppf but not one can garuantee what will happen when peel off the warp after servel year.

my question is can i just leave it and repaint the whole car from lexus dealer?

i heard ppf same as doing on the car too when you peel off the vynl it might pull the paint too.

 

No repaint will be factory quality, ever...

 

even the job done by dealer shop?

 

5k ppf job and suprise after servel year peel off .sadddddd

 

Dealership just sends the car off to a third party body shop that they work with. Often not that good.

 

i been quto for 5k-7k from two different shops,but after they rang the local dealer of lexus,they dont want to warp my gsf.
