Default Headlight angle after lowering your car...

Curious to what you guys or if you guys are adjusting the auto leveling headlights after lowering your car? I've noticed my beam seems to project more direct at the ground and not illuminate farther out as it did prior to lowering it. I know you can adjust them from under the hood, but is this the only way and how can you know for sure your beam isn't pointing up at oncoming traffic? Maybe I'm overthinking this
