FYI Apexi makes a non resonated midpipe for the GSF now. I personally think that the resonated version is too quiet.

I happen to own the Apexi cat back paired with the non resonated mid pipe and I love the sound.

honest id go the the gt. Its not that loud just midpiped and you have no issues passing emissions if that's your concern. Here's a cold start of my car with it.

Just wondering if a mid pipe would make the engine run too lean without a tune?

Default Took the plunge - no regrets

iPhone mic doesn’t do it justice. This mod really opens up the V8 sound in a good way, without losing that signature Yamaha tune. Even some mild pops & crackles which don’t sound contrived/programmed. Primary cats remain so no CEL nor smell. Zero drone. (I’ve tried a custom axleback both with & without mufflers - louder but not better, intrusive drone, reverted to stock.) Highly recommended - thanks to Josh from Meraki.
