2017 Recall?
I just got a very strange email from the dealer saying that they can’t sell me a 2017 GSF right now due to a recall. I’m not aware of any recall on GSF or GS for that matter. Not sure what to think of it. Maybe they don’t want to negotiate with me(?)

So it’s true. Thought the guy was blowing smoke.

Did a little more research. Found that all RCF, GSF, and LC500 which share the same engine configuration all have this same recall.
GS350 and ISF do not have any recall.

Yeah I typed the VIN of my ‘16 in last night and saw the same. I guess I’m waiting for them to determine how to fix this or for my car to leak fuel and catch on fire, whichever comes first.
in all seriousness though, aside from the ECU update to fix the fuel pump noise last year, nothing has broken or malfunctioned in this car after 18 K miles.

Seeing some GSF pulled from dealer inventory. Not sure if they're being sold or if they've just delisted them. None of the LC500 seem to be pulled. I'm hoping to get the left over '17 GSF but they're getting more rare and rare now. Lol. Maybe '18 GSF or LC500 is in store for me.
