15mm will fit just fine on stock rubber. You shouldn’t have any suspension issues but there is a chance you could wear out wheel bearings quicker due to moving the wheel out. More load will be in the outside of the bearings. I’m running 20mm front and back with Swift springs. No issues at all.

You’ll actually need to replace oem studs with longer ones.

Yes. Mine came with the spacers.

 

We have spacers with the studs built in, the H&R DRM ones.

You'll need to install extended studs. Extended studs come with the H&R DRS spacers.

You're adding a spacer on the hub/existing studs, so you'll have less stud length to add the wheel and lug nut, hence the requirement for an extended stud.

 

I have 15mm front, 10mm rear spacers with studs in (no need to replace OEM studs) on OEM wheels w/ stock height. Perfect fit, especially with my 265/285 Michelin XL tires

 

If i recall research correctly from when i installed mine (20/15mm) rule of thumb at least same amount of thread engagement as width of stud.

 

What's the install like for new studs? Do you need to press them? How easy/difficult is this going to be?

 

It's easy. Hammer the old ones out, and insert the new ones in. put some washers on the stud and lug nut and torque it down to the hub till the spindle is fully seated.
