Sorry been really busy and tired these 2 days. I thought I updated
The car turns out to have a broken front grill, several scratches on the wheel rim and need a new pair rotor and pads. Considering the dealer told me the car is in perfect condition, I don't feel very comfortable to deal with them, so I just passed on.

Those are fairly minor issues but nothing wrong with being picky; good luck in the search.

Just missed another one in MD, all inspection scheduled but the sales told me at the last minute then general manager bought the car himself ... I am thinking now maybe I should not looking to GSF at all. Missed 2 already...
