2017/25k mi. Received the program notification couple yrs back. A/C now blowing hot air. If there is ANY air flow, its HOT. Regardless of settings. Only way to mitigate is system switched OFF, in RECIRCULATE mode. Service scheduled. Hopefully free of charge under Secondary Coverage (7yr/125k mi). Curious to hear others experience.

 

2016 with 116k miles. No problems at all.

 

Per CSP, only MYs '16/17 are affected. Glad no probs w/yours👍🏾

 

My 16 350 F-sport (before the GSF) had this. It presented as the #s on the AC control scrolling and no heat/AC from center dash. They did TSB free of charge and it resolved the issue.

Hasn't occurred on 16 GSF.

Glad to see not a lot of responses...hoping it's a reflection of incidence amongst GSFs, and that once addressed, resolves issue long term.

 

Happened to my 16 GSF, the dealer did an update on the servos and has been working fine for over a year.

 

Same symptoms as mine; only HEAT coming from vents regardless of settings?

 

Nope, had nothing coming out the vents. No AC or heat flowing.

 

Issue resolved free of charge! Svc Advisor let me know the GSF is the only Lexus he'd buy...and that he kept it in garage (not the outdoor lot) when they were done. Big Mahalos to Servco Lexus🤙🏾👍🏾
