My 03 GX developed a similar shudder at 60K miles. Mechanic told me to drive it till it dies and we'd address then. I sold the truck with 140K on the odo and it never got any worse or died. Annoying, yes. Kinda wish I had done something with it at 60. Would have, had I known it was going to annoy me for all those years. I seemed to have been the only lonely soul on the GX forum with the issue, so I never got anywhere with my inquiries. The 03 tranny was different and I never figured out if the 04 or newer would have mounted up or not. There were also very few 03s on the road, due to some early recall with Lexes doing a quiet swaparoo for 04s! Never did figure out what that was about either!

Are you awd and 6 or 8 speed? When I got my car last year I had noticed a issue like this shudder when I was going about 30mph in certain streets with different elevation. It felt like it would shake at that speed then go away. It was kinda concerning to me, but it has not happend in a long time. I have no idea if thats the same thing or why it stopped. I have a 13 with awd and about 60k miles on my car. I run a apexi accel which changes some of the throttle which could change how things shift. When was the last time that you removed the battery? I wonder if it would change if you removed the battery and let the computer relearn your driving changing the shifting etc. My car has no warranty since its a rebuilt title so I was just gonna deal with it but I havent ran into the issue anymore.

My 2013 GS350 AWD F-Sport +80K miles would develop a shutter between 20-35mph at normal acceleration. The car is under warranty and my Lexus dealer investigated the problem. After they discussed it with Toyota it was determined to be the torque converter and was replaced. So far the shutter has gone away and will report back later.
