Lexus Enform is a piece of crap
Been trying for 4 months to get this POS app to work with no luck. It is like a group of drunken teenagers programmed the app and the webpage. Lexus should be embarrassed for releasing this garbage.

Same here. The app has never worked right since I got my 2016. Sometimes it won't connect, sometimes it won't log in, sometimes it just will not work at all. I've given up on it.

There was this one recent update that took it offline for a little while and it has a residual service flag, but still works a-ok for me. Owned it little while now and haven't had any issues with Enform. If you have terrible cell phone service, you're going to have terrible Enform service.

I've used it every day for nearly 4 years without any major issues.

Pretty much what I do. Music over BT and maps on my phone display. I have a magnetic mount for my phone that goes into the vent so I barely even have to think about putting my phone on it when I get in the car. It's as naturally as just setting the phone down.

I've also found Enform too frustrating to use so I stream through BT. One great feature though (and available without a subscription!) is the ability to send addresses to the car through Enform. It's great searching for an address before I get to the car and pulling it up without having to fumble around trying to input it with the mouse or voice control.

My Lexus Enform App (Android) can only do find vehicle, check vehicle status, lock/unlock vehicle and startup engine. I don't know it could play music. Does Enform (Apple) have more features?

The app seems like it has been in 'beta' for years. Frankly, I find it insulting that they don't include the subscription in the price of the car. Many devices you buy for a fraction of the price include some sort of Internet connection/status/control included in the original price. What do you figure the "per vehicle" cost would be if they included it on every car? $200, $400? A weak program at a high price; not a good consumer experience. I've purchased 7 or 8 Lexus' (Lexi?) over the last 25 years or so and I have mentioned this on my 'satisfaction survey' every time.
