Diagnose This Noise?!?!
Okay passenger rear on a 2013 GS350 F Sport RWD. Brand new rotors and brand new pads.
What on earth and why or what is causing this noise? You hear it when you first pull out from a stop and then again when you start to slow down around 20 mph. I am clueless what this can be. When i saw new pads and rotors, i literally just got done putting them on.

Something is def not right. My guess would be to go back and check the backing plates and retainers? Did you use brake lube?
Also on the other Stuck Caliper pm you sent me and thread you started, you may want to Tag or pm Knucklebus. Seems he had some threads with wheel bearing and stuff, and seem to know alot about the wheels hubs and everything connected down there and behind.

Agree with @jgscott , I had the same exact sound on my passenger rear brake system before. I don't remember what it was specifically, but it was something with the rotor not seated correctly, or the hardware issue mentioned above.
It should be easily fixed.

i might just take it to a shop and have them look it all over and test drive it so they can hear the sound.
how would the rotor not be seated properly
tho? It went back as far as it could have
no, im taking it to a shop. Moreso the reasoning is i dont feel like taking it all apart again. The driver side came off so easy. Something was hung up on the parking brake i think that prevented the rotor coming off the passenger side. We dont ever use the actual emergency/parking brake but when you put the car in park, you hear something engage and it all sounds normal. Nothing clanking around or anything but i have a small spring in my cup holder that i know goes on the parking brake. Just hope the shop is willing to look and hopefully fix the noise

So the shop i called said there is a procedure to disarm the electric parking brake so you can take off the rotor?? Is this true? If so, i was not aware. He said theres a special procedure or tool?
This is true for the NX and IS but not the GS. Those cars use the brake piston as the parking brake whereas the GS has a traditional drum brake that is simply released with the button before a brake job is done.

Meaning that if we dont ever use the parking brake button it would have never been engaged. I assume thats the button you are referring to
Thats not true. By default, there is an auto-parking brake mode that engages the parking brake every time the vehicle is placed into park. This can be disabled but its active unless you disable it.
so for future, do you know how to disable it?
