Default 2014 GS 350 Map Update

How do I get the latest navigation map data update for my 2014 GS 350? I can't find an SD Card anywhere on the dash or in the console. Thanks!

Wait, isn't this the site I posted last year and the mods took it down because it was a Russian pirated software site?

We get threads like this once in a while and the replies are pretty much always the same.

I think if u want the legit one, just go to the dealer and buy the latest SD card. BC, u updated urs not too long ago right?

Risk bricking your navigation with some random Russian download?

Not sure if it is same site or anything about a pirated site. Can only tell you that I did download and installed without issues. Go to site and take a look. I am not endorsing it but just stating that it worked for me and one person prior to me that I am aware of.

Yes, I had the NAV map updated in my 2013 GS 350 a couple years ago, and I had the NAV map updated in my 2018 GS 450h about six months ago.

Some of the newer Lexus vehicles can be updated by the owner by purchasing the latest map update on a microSD card and installing it via the microSD card slot. My microSD card slot on the 2018 GS 450h is behind the Mark Levinson nameplate.

For the Lexus map update, the latest map on a microSD card will likely have to be purchased from Lexus for $169. Strange, but for Toyota vehicles the latest map can be purchased from Amazon for less than $40 and owner installed 'if' the vehicle has a microSD card slot.

Lexus maps became obsolete for me when I got wireless Carplay. Google maps and Waze 100x better.

I prefer the Lexus NAV and large screen.

Google Maps and Waze use the entire 12.3" display on my 2016 head unit/display. Driving around with google satellite view on my 2013 GS is cool too.

Google Maps is okay. I find Waze to be too weird and not to my liking with all the symbols, little icons and faces. I like the idea of the map and all the POIs actually being a part of the car's NAV which is how it was intended to be. I like how my address book entries display on the NAV map too with my selected icons.
