Default New to me 2015.

Bought it in So Cal. Drove home to Reno area. Great car all the way. I did notice as I have seen others have that the headlights are way too low. I will fix that soon. Being a senior I wonder how long it will take to figure out the various features. Need to get the grandson over I guess. But I have figured out the gas pedal…..FUN

I keep hearing about this detent. I have put my foot virtually through the firewall and not felt any detent/kickdown switch.

The AWD models don't have it.

Nope. 2013 RWD and AWD only. Paired with the faster 6speed transmissions. Don't need the detent.

Yeah I don't like it either and I wish they didn't put that detent. When I floor it, I want the car to really go all the way without having a detent to hold me back!

Reminds me of a long time ago ppl use to joke about putting a screw under the accelerator pedal to slow you down.

Just sit up in the seat and push harder each time.

Default Kickdown switch

Just checked mine. It is very easy to push with my finger. I think the previous owner must have “fixed’ it.
