XM Radio
Sometimes they offer great low introductory promotions for 6mo to a year.
Paying full price is a little steep but can usually negotiate it down towards end of promo.
Try it out, and if it's not what you thought, easy to cancel.
The audio quality has always been pretty bad and their rate tactics have always turned me off. I called once to renegotiate and it was a 45 minute wait, it ended there.
Now I use Spotify and also Amazon Music. Amazon would likely be the best choice if you have integrated the Alexa feature (I think 2015+ MY) and want the full integration with the oem system.

I took the trial when I first got my car used in 2018. During that month, I drove 600 miles one-way to Jacksonville, FL and back. It was cool to pick one station and leave it there for a solid day of driving.
However, upon returning home, I drove 2.7 miles each way from home to work. I live close enough to go home for lunch most days. I can clearly see the sky the whole trip but there are at least three spots that the satellite signal drops out entirely. When the trial expired, I did not sign up. They have offered me another 30-day trial about a year ago and I didn't bother to even turn it back on.
Instead, I have every song I've ever heard and like on a USB stick in the console and on my phone. Bluetooth or USB are much better than the XM and I only hear what I like.

I have it, and I enjoy it. I only have four annoyances:
1. They sometimes replace good channels with channels that are centered around one artist. Now, this is fine when it’s the Elvis Presley channel, and they play all Elvis songs. But other times, it’s like the LL Cool J channel where they play songs that he likes or have artists come on and kiss his butt.
2. Some channels censor the songs. Lithium plays 90s alternative and grunge, and it’s not censored. But 90s on 9 plays 90s music, and it is censored.
3. While it started off with all music without commercials, some of the DJs either talk way too much or have long interviews instead of playing songs.
4. (Kind of related to number one) They get rid of good channels. They used to have a Prince channel but it’s gone. They used to have a channel that played old school hip-hop but replaced it with a channel that claims to play classic hip-hop but instead plays old school hip-hop and also songs that came out as recently as 2020.

I've just signed up for the 3 month trial. I will asses afterwards, but do no plan on lay more than the 5 per month in any case.
No credit card was needed so I figured, what the heck.

If a credit card is required, for anything really, I always use a visa gift card that has a few dollars left on it. Unless they pre-authorize for the full amount, most will approve if it's an active account. If you forget to cancel, they wont be able to bill it and the subscription will cancel by default, without a lengthy phone call or further effort on your end.
Overall for me, it's not worth it because of their customer service and that you have to call to cancel the service.
They probably changed their process this time around.
I tried the visa gift card/privacy card (burner card) once. I let the service lapse. I still had service but they sent me a bill for the days I didn't pay and added a late fee...
Back to your question. What do you primarily listen to? If it's music, then no. There are a bunch of free services out there (Pandora, Spotify, iHeartRadio, Youtube Music). If it's news and sports, then probably yes. You can customize your package with XM radio.

I signed up for the free 3-month trial. no credit card required so nothing to loose besides getting mail from them. Radio stations are alright but will not likely continue after the free-trial since i have spotify
The audio quality is terrible. Sounds like I'm listening to a streaming channel over a 28.8k baud modem in 1998. Instead I play music via bluetooth from my phone. Either pre-loaded songs, or streamed from google music or spotify.
