Default Climate Issue

Good Morning,
Probably an old issue but didn't see exactly what I have going on. 2013 GS350 and a few days ago it started this issue where the climate control and seat heater/cooler are dead. But, respond if you go in through on-screen controls. The problem is also intermittent.....yesterday I ran a bunch or errands, worked fine while I was out (4 stops), came home, acted up again. All other settings/functions in the car are fine, charging normally, brand new battery so I suspect it's something I don't even know to ask about. I did notice if I sit there long enough and wait, it switches from auto to re-circ and comes on?

Thanks and any suggestions are appreciated!
Have a good day

So you are saying your radio AC controls are not working? What about the rest of your radio controls? It's kinda weird I dont think the seat heater/coolers are tied to the radio.

radio seems to work fine, climate below the radio and seat heat/cool buttons. Now what seems to be happen is if you sit there for about a minute, it switches for auto to re-circulation then comes on normally

UPDATE: Fixed...something I read surrounding the servos and doors made me wonder if they were functioning. Turns out some manner of critter made a nice home in the fresh air intake. I pulled the cabin filter and the tube headed up to the cowl was packed. Cleaned that out, put in a new filter, works fine now. Thanks!

Even though I don't have this issue thanks for following up! One of my pet peeves with so many forums, especially in the tech world, is that people won't follow up or what's worse they follow up with just "I got it!" and no explanation of what they did to resolve the issue.

I love this group because everyone seems to have a great sense of community and helping out.

concerning the AC I received a notice from Lexus that there have been problems with the servo motor and temperature changes and to bring it in and they will fix it for free if you’re experiencing this problem, just show the letter you received
