my dash is making a rubbing sound on the passenger front corner on the dash, i was wondering will the dealership would replace my dash with the dash melt tsb?

 

Nope. Not for a rubbing noise. When I tried to get the TSB done on my '13 for a crack in the dash, they told me it has to be melting/sticky and that the crack I had on my dash is a tear....They will dismiss this as noise, then the TSB won't apply.
