This really sucks. I took mine in to a Lexus Dealer to have the Struts looked at and without me asking (did not have a problem that I knew of) they did the recalibrations on mine. Now I wonder if later on I have a problem are they going to say I already had the courtesy fix done?

I called Lexus to have this put on notice that I complained about this. I hope others will also take the time to make the call so they see how wide spead this is and may build another case. If we don't this could be something we all get left holding the Bag with regardless of what years GS.

Crap. I have this same issue but I never thought it might be the servo's. I figured it was just heat radiating from the floor. I'm gonna have to take it in.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Regardless of how many times the "courtesy fix" was done, as long as there is a problem with the climate control system and the issue isn't fixed, dealer should honor the warranty repair. For my case, the dealer ended up having to replace two damper actuators in addition to a firmware update to fix the issue.

Yes, please take it in. These issues need to be documented so Lexus knows there are problems. Hope yours is still under warranty.
