Rear tire cost me 393.00 for my new BridgeStone Potenza 265/35R19 94Y I wasn’t upset about the cost just that I have to wait until the next day for them to order it. The little Donut yellow Lexus ain’t gone work for me.

Just one? That’s pricey. What happened? How many miles on the tires? With enough wear, it might have been feasible to replace 2 tires.

Or go +1 size 275/30/19 for more selection and might be cheaper. I love the Michelin AS3+. Will probably put them on both my Acuras

10k mile on my tires. All my tires threading are in excellent condition. Basically the had to order the replacement tire from Firestone because they said it wasn’t able to get repaired. They charged me 393.00. The guy who changed it told me that he would have just patched it up. I ended up keeping my old tire. I will take it to a tire repair shop.

You talk about buying a rear tire but posted a pic of the front?
So you're leaving a tire repair shop that gave you conflicting information to go to another tire repair shop?
I'm in FL too so do me a favor, let me know where you went so I can avoid them. Unless it was one of those chains, like Goodyear, who do not use plugs and can't repair with a patch since the puncture is too close to the shoulder of the tire?

I only trust Discount Tire Center (America's Tire) to touch any of my cars. And I watch the tech like a hawk when they're changing tires to make sure they don't scratch my rims. Something isn't right here. You're asking about rear tire but posted pics of front.

I also only use Discount Tire. Sometimes they help with pricing and claim warranty for me. I always shop around. Bummer a new tire is around $400.

but the other photos with the two tires are the rear tires the new and the old one. I went to Firestone in Gainesville Fl, the other option I had was to drive to Jacksonville or either Orlando. I decided to just wait until the next day.
