Default Clicking Sound When Changing Gear

Have any of you experience a quick clicking sound whenever you change the gear from park to drive, and from drive to park? I hear it when someone is driving my GS and I'm standing outside of the car. Or when I have my windows down.

If I'm changing as you describe with my driver's door open, yes I can hear a metallic clicking sound. Don't hear it inside the car....good thing they're so well insulated because they're actually quite noisy vehicles
