Car is not even a year old!

Electronic failures follow the bell curve, you've had one die early so the next one should last a lifetime!

Short of an Ipod with ALAC files it's also the only way to get quality audio into the system.
I still have my old iPods too.

@ItzFilyO I always had trouble with my '92 Camry spitting out that portable CD cassette adapter after like 20min of continuous play lol...I went through at least 4 or 5 cassette adapters like that after various issues.

One day, my pops hooked me up with a double-din Kenwood tape/cd player - the coolest part was you could press a button and it would flip over into the dash and look like nothing was there (instead of detaching it and keeping it in a sunglasses-like holder).

Just out of curiosity, i looked up how much a dealer is asking for a late model Camry w/navi system's head unit cost and it was over $7000 - eBay/junkyards have them for a couple hundred...INSANE dealer pricing to say the least! If you were outside the warranty, i'm sure you would've gone the eBay route.

I remember those aftermarket double dins and had one for my '00 Rolla where u can take off the faceplate and hide it form thieves and it had moving graphics with penguins jumping in the water. It was a Pioneer I think. Coolest thing ever in the early 2000s then they came out with the flip up screens like fast furious style.

And this GS unit cost $12K and doesn't even have penguins.
