I just purchased a CPO from Lexus also have a similar problem but it's the front bumper. Also clear coat is missing in some spots, will bring back to dealer to see if they can help. Disappointed thus far.

 

Yeah you have a repainted front bumper, not necessarily from an accident, but they probably repainted it because it had a lot of rock chips, and unfortunately they did a bad job. CPO doesn't mean a whole lot if it passes inspection with a poorly repainted front bumper. I honestly think the premium you pay for CPO is a rip off.

 

I rather they don't paint it, I don't mind some paint chips. Otherwise, I purchase new. Now the color doesn't match and clear coat is missing makes it worst.
