Default Options on exhaust configurations

Goal is looking for exhaust with deep, no drone, not too loud. Figured the tanabe fits the bill but only available in axleback. Want the full catback to take advantage of better flow/bigger piping diameter (>2.25). Question is whats the difference between joez midpipe and invidia. Can those be paired up eith tanabe axleback.

Or go with aftermarket midpipe and oem muffler for desired sound similar to tanabe?

Thanks

Based on your wants you should do a midpipe and factory axle back. That will give you deep and no drone.

Would a res delete with factory mufflers do the same effect? Like put in an X-pipe?

I tried a res delete while waiting for my joe z cat back. Out didn't make a difference in what i was looking for. No change in exhaust note to me.

What difference did it make? If at all? Like it didn't get louder or more tone?

Because I got a muffler delete and I like the sound but the drone at 2-3k RPM is really annoying. The drone at 3k feels like its louder than the exhaust when its 4k+ RPM.
I do enjoy the tone of the muffler delete tho, but I'm trying to minimize that drone. You have any experience?

Does anyone have the REV9 Flowmaxx exhaust sold on eBay? Looks like a possible good alternative to the Tanabe at almost 50% the cost.
