Upper Dash Part Differences

Anyone know the difference with these ?

One says Black one says Black/Grey -- Didn't know there was two different color upper dashes?

Black with black stitching
Black with gray stitching

My dash for example has black with tan stitching. Replacing the top dash panel requires removing the entire dash.
