Great choice - white on flax is a good look for sure. I've always used Meguiar's products to clean my interiors.

Congrats on the purchase. Flaxen, best interior color in my opinion. For the interior, use Meg's Interior Detailer or 303 Protectant, both are highly regarded on this forum and in with most detailers.
And the best way to clean to prevent stains to the seats, is to clean them often, and immediately after spills, there's just no substitute for immediate mitigation.
