2016/2017 GS 350 Luxury Models
Hello All,
I am interested in a 2016/2017 GS 350 Luxury Model with HUD. A Sales Consultant at Nalley Lexus told me that the Luxury line was discontinued in 2015. Is he correct?
Thanks.

Had no idea they discontinued the luxury package, seems like an odd thing to do for a Luxury car. As if they are trying to slow sales even further before discontinuing the GS line? While trying to make the 2019 ES more appealing.
I just picked up a 2016 with Luxury pkg, hard to find but they are out there. I wanted to get HUD and triple beam but thought I found a good deal in the color combo I wanted so made the compromise. When I was looking, there was about 110, 16-17 GS350’s for sale within 500 miles of me and only 3 were luxury pkg.
Hello All,
Thank you for the prompt responses! I am looking forward to purchasing a 2016/2017 GS 350 later this year!

That's funny, because the used 2017 with luxury package I found down in Atlanta originally was sold by Nalley.

I’d like the rear manual shades but other than that rear heated seats and rear ac/radio control are things I’d never use and rarely for any guests I have.
Lexus knows the GS is 7 years old and it isn’t abnormal for a car manufacturer to slow down production as the car model nears it lifecycle. Removing certain option packages isn’t reminiscent of a model being discontinued either.
For example my mom just purchased a 2018 “W218” CLS Mercedes which is equally as old as the 4GS. Mercedes decided to drop the V6 engine from the CLS lineup for 2018 in the U.S. only offering the more popular V8 option for the final year of its life cycle before they introduce the all new 2019 CLS450. Depending on the take rate of how many GS customers checked that option box on their 4GS LEXUS may have felt it wasn’t important to offer the package on a 7 year old model with potentially less than a year before they start production of the replacement. Only time will tell.

I've been searching for a 16/17 GS with Luxury Package here in California and I cannot find one. One came up in Vegas, but it was salvaged. I'd prefer the HUD and Triple Beam LED's, but I know that's wishful thinking.
BTW Nalley has a Luxury Package in stock right now: https://www.nalleylexussmyrna.com/Ve...-GA/3284533303
I just bought it!
I saw the car online last night and was at the dealership at 8:30 am this morning to make the purchase!
The car is absolutely beautiful. I've been looking for awhile -- finding a Luxury with Mark Levinson. The sales staff kept going on and on about how rare it is to take in a luxury on trade. Mine is a CPO with 4600 miles.
