I got a long crack on my windshield randomly, can anyone recommend a good place to get it replaced for a reasonable price? I live in Houston

Your best place will be to let your Lexus dealership handle it...hopefully with the help from your insurance. You may want to spend some time searching Club Lexus for threads about replacing the windshield. There are many (MANY) people that were unhappy with non-Lexus windshields and/or the installation. Oftentimes a non-Lexus windshield can have glass distortion or waves in the glass, or the windshield simply prevents features (e.g. rain-sensing wipers, etc.) from working.

Personally, I would pay the extra necessary to have Lexus replace the damaged windshield with an original Lexus windshield that has the Lexus logo etched in the glass.

+1! If your insurance is OK with it go with the dealer. They can offer non-Lexus or Lexus replacements. I had mine done at Sterling McCall on my ES. There is a lot of stuff built into these so I did not want to go aftermarket.
