I've searched and found that some people have had noise issues in their 4GS, but not one that's in the same location as mine. I have a 2015 GS350 FSport, with 30K miles on it. I've been having a loud (to me) squeaking noise coming from the cup holder area. I've tried moving and playing with cup separator piece in the holder, but that only fixed it temporarily. Then I found the squeak also comes from the part where the "joystick" for the navi sit. I'm talking about the raised platform it sits on, when I pushed on that, it would stop squeaking. I can deal with a lot of things in the car, considering I drive a 2GS with all kinds of noise. But the squeaking in my 4GS is just plain annoying.

With the car still under factory warranty, should I just contact the dealership and let them deal with it? Maybe they'll fix it, maybe they won't? I don't know if it is covered under warranty in any way.

 

I have a 2014 that is still under Cpo warranty. When I brought it in and complained about a door rattle, they went ahead and took car of it. Im not sure if that helps, but that was my experience. Im not sure if it would be the same with regards to the factory warranty.

 

I also have the CPO warranty, I was just thinking it wouldn't be in effect until the factory warranty goes out.

I'll just go ahead and let the dealership try it.
