Non F-Sport to F-Sport

Today, for some reason, I have been thinking about how I'd like to have the F-Sport cluster in my 2016 non F-Sport Lux GS. I have looked at a number of posts here and in the IS forum but did not really see where anyone had definitively swapped a 2016 out. Is it as simple as plug and play and of course getting the mileage programmed? I guess that's my main concern - does it require additional wiring if you swap a 2016 cluster for a 2016 cluster.

If there's one thing I would change, I would opt for the F-sport cluster. Ok maybe two things, I'd have the LED headlights, too.

Sounds expensive if it could be done. Wished I had the Triple Beams on mine too. It gives the front a meaner look.

If they are simply plug and play, I'd look for a used on at a reasonable price then buy it. I won't buy a new one - that would be costly and not really worth it to me.

I doubt it's plug and play but could be wrong. I like mine but wish it oil & amp gauges. If someone here doesn't know I'm sure a Lexus tech could tell ya next time you visit dealer. I know the triple beams are not plug and play. AWD GS's with triple beams are more prevalent than RWD's. The cluster in my 14 RX is pretty drab compared to my 18 GS.

I think 'performance' vehicles (in particular) should have engine oil temperature and transmission fluid temperature gauges.
