Wink My GS MPG - Funny :-)

I filled up the Gas and was driving downhill, had just couple of miles after refueling. I wish I always get this mpg !

Nice!

I think my record so far was 25.8 on one session of mostly highway driving and little to no traffic. Typical is more like 21-23 depending on traffic and how much "fun" I induce with the gas pedal, LOL.

Won't be long before a 450h owner posts...

It's great to cruise downhill with the wind at your back. Sucks on the return trip going uphill with a headwind.

LOL my average hovers between 15 and 16 mpg in primarily city driving.... I spend about 40 bucks a week on fuel.

Old story regarding a customer of mine in the Chicago area.
Swore he got much better MPG "driving downhill" back to Chicago
from the Mississippi River area than he got "driving uphill" to his
vacation spot.
Turns out he was filling up with 10% Ethanol Fuel here and then
tanking up with 100% gasoline out there... Roughly 8% less...

With our Highlander Hybrid, there was a gas station about 6 miles from our old house. I’d fill up on the way home and could make it the 6 miles home on electric. I’d pull into the garage at 99.9 mpg. If only...

I'm at about 21 Mpg mixed in my 2014 GS350 AWD. My main complaint is that I can only go about 300-350 miles between fill-ups. My last car had a huge gas tank and I could go 500-600 miles on one tank of gas, with a 5.5L V8! But my wife appreciates it on road-trips, because before I wouldn't stop enough for her to use the bathroom...
