Default Upper Door Trim Vibration (interior)

Okay, I have looked all over the forum and cannot find an answer to this. The upper door trim (the part that is either walnut or aluminum just above the long ambient LED light, part #67782-30380) is vibrating on bass hits in my 2013 GS. I'm trying to figure out how to remove this piece, put Dynamat behind it, and then put it back in place. I found the thread regarding dents in the aluminum trim pieces in the F-Sports, but there's no discussion about how the piece comes off. I don't want to try to pry it off only to learn that it's screwed in from the back or something else.

From what I remember, they are screwed on so you'd have to remove the door panel.

I have a TERRIBLE rattle in the aluminum trim on the passenger dash and I've been reluctant to fix it since removing the glove box and disconnecting the knee airbag is required.

Ugh! That's what I was afraid of. I know it's not a big deal to remove the door panel, but sometimes you fix one vibration and cause two more. Thanks.

Here's some pics on how the plate is held on.

And here's a video on how to remove the door panel:

Yesterday, noticed a buzzing sound from the aluminum trim above the glove box, car only has 21000 miles and getting more and more rattles. If I had it to do over again, though I really like this car I would have not bought it, original list over 58000 dollars does not seem to have held up well.

You should get rid of the POS.
