Yeah, I would imagine the entire dash had to be removed.

They put it all back together nicely? Any new rattles now?

 

Yep, entire dash removed and apparently there are multiple pieces that fit together to keep everything nice and tight. Funny you should ask about rattles - I've was very concerned about that but she's tight as a drum.
