Finally picked up my 2017 Ultra white with Rioja red interior. Put 175 miles already over the weekend and what a blast it is to drive this car. Perfect balance of luxury and performance in my opinion!!
Only complaint I have is that my passenger seat headrest rattles over bumps and I'm not overly impressed with the sound quality of the radio/SAT. Other than that this is a perfect car.
Nice color combo! Welcome to the GS family! I have a 2013, and when I put my hand on the passenger headrest I feel the vibrations too. Sounds like this is normal, but I haven't heard any complaints from any of my passengers so it might be a very minor knack.
Congratulations. I have the same car and color combo (2016).....looks great and gets a lot of compliments. I also have the passenger seat and/or head rest rattle! I will take it up with dealer at first service.
Surprised you are unhappy with the sound system? Both the stock and the ML system are among the best. Which one do you have? What did you have before, that you felt was better?

I do have the Mark Levinson system which sounds phenomenal. I guess after listening to ML and then going back to the regular radio/XM, it sounds mediocre. I'm coming from a 2012 Audi A6 and I had the Bose system which I think is better when it comes to radio/XM. What are your sound settings? I have the MID and Bass all the way up but I have the treble at one notch more than the midpoint.
Nice congrats on the purchase any plans for modifications on the car.
I'm sure I'll end up modding the car even though I say to myself that I wont. My 2012 Audi A6 was heavily modded and at the end I was pushing 500 hp's and running 1/4 mile times in the mid to low 11's.
But first things first, I'm going to tint the car 30% Llumar film and Im also going to wrap the roof gloss black.
I'll try this setting out tonight and see if it makes it sound any better! Thanks for posting it!

I tried this setting and like it much more than what I had. The mid being so high was drowning out the surround speakers....I'll keep tinkering with it..
For those with the bass sound setting up, what type of music do you guys listen to? The ML sound system isn't bad but the bass sounds blown sometimes
I listen to a little bit of everything but mostly pop. I know what you're talking about with the blown sound. I've realized since the front door speakers handle much of the bass, anything in the door pockets cause them to rattle and muddy the bass up.
